True Grit Review

The Coen Brothers director (No Country for Old Men) remakes an old classic True Grit that started Wayne and Glen Campbell. They remade it into a different story. The story takes place in a western, town when a young 14 year girl‘s father is murdered by a criminal called Tom Chaney (Josh Brolin) So the  young girl called Mattie Ross (Hailee Steinfeld)  sets out to get  a US Marshall bounty hunter called Rooster Cogburn (Jeff Bridges)to help. She will pay him to go out there and he accepts. Also comes along a Texas Ranger (Matt Damon) a tracker who can track people. So now you know the gang. The movie doesn’t have a lot of fights but if you like strong violence you will hate it. My favourite character was Rooster Cogburn because he is a crazy drunk old man with an eye patch. He made me laugh. I give these movie 4 stars because it’s my second favourite cowboy movie. My favourite cowboy is the Good the Bad and the Ugly. If you like cowboys, adventures or you think Jeff Bridges looks funny in a cowboy suit you will enjoy this movie.
